Kalaa.io, a product of TechUp Labs (Reg. Techups Solutions), provides a social media management platform offering:

User Accounts
Account Creation
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. One account per person/entity.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us of unauthorized access and keep your details current.
Acceptable Use
Permitted Uses
Manage your accounts, publish original content, analyze performance, and collaborate with teams.
Prohibited Activities
Don't use our platform to violate laws, post spam or fraudulent content, infringe on intellectual property, engage in harassment, or attempt unauthorized access.
Subscription & Billing
Plans
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Fees are non-refundable, and prices may change with 30 days' notice. Taxes may apply.
Payment Terms
Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle. Failed payments may result in service suspension. Update your payment details to avoid interruption.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime; takes effect at the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months. Data export available for 30 days post-cancellation.
Intellectual Property
Our Rights
We own all platform-related intellectual property, including software, designs, and trademarks. You cannot copy, modify, or distribute without permission.
Your Content
You retain ownership of your content but grant us a limited license to store, process, publish, back up, and optimize it for service provision.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of our platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Service Availability & Support
Service Level
We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

Available via email and live chat. Response time depends on your subscription level.
Third-Party Dependencies
Our service depends on third-party platforms and APIs. We are not responsible for changes or outages from these platforms.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business opportunities, service interruptions, or third-party actions. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Kalaa.io, operated by TechUp Labs (Reg. Techups Solutions), for any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, fail to pay, or pose a security risk. Upon termination, access will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
